An alliance between Ace Canada and Sexton Group is bringing Ace back into the Atlantic provinces. Pike's Building Centre will become Pike's Ace Building Centre and benefit from this strategic alliance.

Guillevin International has announced the acquisition of Dubo Électrique on March 2^nd, 2021

Dubo Électrique was founded in 1955 and now counts seven branches in Quebec (Montreal, Laval, Saint-Hubert, Sainte-Adele, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Trois-Rivieres and Quebec), as well as a distribution center of 100 000 ft².

Sego Industries announced on January 28^th, 2021 that their parent company, Lone Tree Inc., had made the acquisition of Aggressive Pump & Supply Inc. and Sebo Pump & Machining.

Aggressive Pump & Supply serves customers in British Columbia from their two locations in the province and Sebo Pump & Machining operates in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia, from their location in Alberta.
