Peavey Mart's President and CEO, Doug Anderson, believes that the acquisition of Ace Hardware in Canada will allow the banner to flourish in small towns and rural areas.

Following the acquisition of Ace Hardware about 10 months ago, one of Mr. Anderson's main objectives is to bring stability to the banner, which has changed ownership multiple time since the 1990s.

Peavey Mart is big enough to provide Ace Hardware with the purchasing power to remain competitive.

Peavey Mart has converted the first TSC Stores banner on November 6^th, 2020.

Peavey plans on having converted three-quarters of the banners by the end of the year and to complete the process early in 2021.
